All operatives hold CSCS cards and have relevant training to carry out their work i.e.
Paslode training, asbestos awareness, fire training and manual handling to name but a few.
Management also undertake training on a regular basis whether it is Environmental Awareness, IOSHH or the 5 day SMSTS course.
All Contracts Managers have the Black Managers CSCS cards.
