This 354,000sq ft unit was bought by the Welsh Government who wished to split the main factory into two business units.
After the initial demolition work to split the building into two, Speedwell Roofing were responsible for installing the new Cladding to new elevations and making good the existing roof.
The programme was over a 10 week period using a CA Twintherm built up system.
The project was delivered within budget and on schedule achieving a very high quality of workmanship.
