We had a full roof replacement carried out a few weeks ago. They arrived on time and worked non stop everyday until completion. The whole process was smooth and took one week to finish. The quality of work is exceptional and we happily recommend Taylor's Roofing.

An easy and professional company to deal with, excellent service through the enquiry and quotation stage and come the day of the works arrived on time just as arranged. The work was carried out by two roofers who were pleasant, courteous and professional and worked hard to complete the repairs in the day, and did a very neat and professional job at a competitive price. Would not hesitate to use them again, and would highly recommend.

Taylor Roofing had been recommended to me by two friends that had used this company to have a new roof on their houses. When my roof developed a leak during a bad storm a few months ago Taylor Roofing came to my rescue and I can't thank the company enough. The work was carried out effectively and efficiently by a friendly professional workforce. I am going to have a new roof in the spring to replace the old existing one and will be using this company again. I have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Roofing.

At the beginning of December, after lots of rain, a bedroom ceiling suddenly showing signs of distress and threatening to fall in led me to go into the loft, where I found a significant hole in the tiles and the under felt ripped. At least one tile had broken and fallen inside. Finding a roofing contract who could make an urgent repair proved difficult.

Most were booking in jobs for February 2024, including Taylor Roofing, but Matt, their surveyor was dispatched very quickly, assessed the job and its urgency and submitted a report that the repair needed to be done sooner rather than later. Kim provided a prompt quotation, confirmed they were very busy, but promised she would try to squeeze the job in before Christmas.

I had managed a temporary fix from inside the loft, but was worried if it would hold. She contacted me frequently to say she was still actively trying to fix a date. Excellent customer service. Eventually Kim contacted me on 7th December to say that she would be able to assess on the following morning, if they could do the job on the afternoon of 8th December.

Bright and early on 8th December she contacted me again to confirm that a team would arrive that afternoon. Ryan and Ben duly arrived and did the job to my complete satisfaction in no time at all, tidied up and went of to another job just as the light was beginning to fall. Starting with my telephone conversation with their staff in their office Taylors were professional polite and informative. Their surveyor, a guy called Matt was just the same, you just knew you were dealing with a decent company, any questions we asked, Matt had the answer. The same can be said for the three roofers that carried out the work, fitting a complete new roof. Explaining things, showing me what they were doing and why, often going above and beyond what they were there to do. Top mark's to these guys, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Taylor roofing.

I would recommend Taylor roofing very professional service from the moment the owner arrived to inspect the damage they were extremely polite and knowledgeable. The quote we received was done very professionally, with pictures of the area of the roof to be repaired. The two guys who did the work were polite and professional; they cleared up as they were working and left nothing for us to clean up. We were extremely happy with the roof when it was completed. Taylor Roofing came to remove and re-bed our ridge tiles. They supplied us with a very competitive quote and carried out the work within a day. They were extremely professional and the work has been carried out to a very high standard. I expected to have to clean up afterwards, but they left the garden spot on. We went with Taylor Roofing to get our roof completely replaced. They had a very good reputation and had completed a number of other works on our street already.
