We are a family run business with over 75 years combined experience so whether it is a small repair or a brand new roof that you are after, you are definitely in safe hands. We cover all of Surrey, Sussex and parts of London.
Founded in 2015 by our director Matt, we started out with just family members that bought a wealth of experience to the team, gained from a roofing company that was already part of the Smith family.Following the tough decision to branch out we have gone from strength to strength, expanding and adding more staff to the team.
Joining the Affordable group, we added the roofing division to accompany the already present Affordable Construction & Affordable Plastering which can often be spotted around the Surrey areas by the eye-catching pink that features in all of our logos!

Leadwork can range from simple flashings to larger lead bay roofs and everything in between.
We offer 3 types of flat roofing materials.
Traditional 3 layer built up felt, EPDM rubber membrane or GRP fibreglass flat roofing system.
Roof repairs can vary from a single tile replacement to relaying ridge tiles etc.
We will always try our best to offer the most suitable repair solution for your particular roof needs.
