Southern Counties Roofing Contractors Ltd was incorporated in 1984 and has grown from strength to strength. Starting out as a relatively small company and growing into a large, well established company with an excellent reputation for quality and service. We have been trading since 1984 and have built up a wide client base of organisations throughout Greater London and the surrounding area.
The management team and workforce are fully qualified in all aspects of the roofing industry and the associated construction industry. Although based in Essex, our area of operations extend throughout Greater London and the Home Counties, East Anglia and the South East. We also undertake contracts on a nationwide basis for specific customer requirements.
The size of contracts has never been a governing factor in our attitude towards seeking and carrying out works. We have both the financial and human resources to carry out contracts up to 2,500,000.00 in value and as low as a simple repair or maintenance work.

All members of the management team will carry out health and safety inspections on all works that are carried out.
A specific risk assessment will also be formulated for every job we undertake, with any issues being solved prior to any works being carried out.

We then installed a full asphalt system, incorporating tapered insulation and re-installed the paving slabs there after, including a pea gravel infill around the perimeter.
