MAR Roofing and Building Services has been providing roofing and general building services to domestic and commercial clients throughout Surrey and South West London for many years. Most of our work comes from word of mouth recommendation and since joining Check-a-Trade, the trade vetting organisation, our volume of work has increased so much we have formed separate Roofing and Building divisions.

Because clients can often not see the work which needs to be done, Mark has pioneered the use of digital photography, providing extensive photographic evidence of required work with all quotations. We find that our clients are reassured by seeing the cause of their problem and by knowing that they are not paying for unnecessary work. The vast majority of our jobs are quoted on a fixed price basis subject to fluctuation in material costs.

We don't take a deposit or advance on any job under 5000 and on completion, photographic evidence is provided that the job has been done as quoted. All clients are provided with a detailed invoice with 14 day payment terms.
