Services
Kingspan Composite Panels can be utilised on roofs or cladding (fixed horizontal or vertical) and are available in different thicknesses to attain the 'U' Value which is essential and are also offered in many diverse colours and contours.
Standing Seam roof systems are well over thirty years old and employ the "zipping up" of a rolled side lap above supporting halters.
The sheet side laps are closed by the use of a mechanical seaming tool to roll form the "Fixed Seam Overlap Radius", which creates a connection to the halter, and will still allow free movement under thermal expansion.
It doesn't matter what style or age of your manufacturing works, cladding or roofing maintenance is essential to preserve the legality of your warranty on new builds or to avoid serious leaks from appearing with the older constructions.
Drainage maintenance, roof and cladding agreements, including regular examinations of your roof, roof lights, wall cladding, and rainwater products is one way to circumvent harm caused by roof or cladding leaks, or expensive decay claims after your lease expires.
When considering replacement of Asbestos Cement Sheets, it is best to work with experienced contractors.
The distribution of Asbestos causes the release of fibres which can be dangerous.
For this reason, our trained operatives always remove Asbestos in single sheets rather than cutting them.
Capel Cladding Ltd disposes of these sheets safely and securely in Licensed Skips.
If you have a corrugated asbestos cement roof you do not need a license to remove it; however, each project should be risk assessed on its own merit and the correct control measures put in place.
During a few of the previous decades Western Red Cedar cladding has turned out to be one of the most popular internal/external claddings.
Cedar cladding comprises rich and variable colours, a strong resilience to decomposing and offers additional hardiness from natural preservatives.
When left unvarnished or unstained, cedar cladding will turn a silvery grey colour, or on the other hand the cedar cladding can be stained with a wood stain to preserve its rich colours.
The ideal, low maintenance, rot-free alternative to traditional timber weatherboarding.
With the visual appeal of natural timber, simplicity of installation and resistance to rot, the Cedral weatherboard range offers an attractive, low maintenance alternative to PVCu and timber.
Cedral is available in a choice of two weatherboard applications: Cedral Lap and Cedral Click.
Cedral Lap is specially designed so that the planks are overlapped when installed creating a traditional, clapper-board aesthetic.
