A quote will only be issued for projects where we have been able to fully investigate all underlying structures.
Generally speaking we will issue an estimate.

In most cases jobs are completed for the estimated cost, however should rotten/broken materials/timbers be found during the course of the contract, which would not be evident until work commenced, they will automatically be replaced in order for the contract to be completed to standard, at an additional charge.
