This family run business was established by Bryan and Nora Burford in 1988 as a partnership, providing roofing services predominantly within the North East of England. We believe that this change will benefit our Clients as we continue to deliver our core roofing service, with the ultimate aim of also offering building surveying services.
Our core of operation is predominantly in Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and Teesside, however to ensure that the needs of our clients are met, we have undertaken work in Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Scotland and London.All of our roofing team have in excess of 20 years experience of working in the roofing industry, have NVQ Level 2 Qualifications in various roofing practices and pride themselves in delivering a high standard of workmanship.

Our work ranges from small repair works and reactive maintenance to full roof renewals in both the commercial and domestic sectors.
We have always provided advice to clients in the form of written reports, outlining the condition of their roof and the works which we would recommend, whether it be the requirement for basic maintenance or full replacement.
Following David Burford joining the business during 2012, we aim to develop this service further.
David qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor during 2003 and has worked as a surveyor in the North East of England between 2001 and 2012, providing asset management, condition survey, design and project management services to a variety of clients.
