Building Regulations require a Building Notice to be submitted when renewing a roof and we are happy to complete the relevant paperwork for our clients and then liaise with Building Control throughout the duration of the works.
Repair and renewal to pitched roofs including slates, plain tiles (including hand made) and concrete pantiles.
Supply and fix of flat roof systems to refurbish your existing flat roof or for your new build project.
We offer a full leadwork service working to Lead Sheet Association specifications to include flashings, valleys, parapet gutters, flat roofs, parapet cappings and welding.
