EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer).
Our rubber roofs are highly durable and reliable and are highly suited to commercial and residential buildings with flat roofs.
Clay is a natural material which can be used for handmade, or machine made plain tiles.
It can also be used for interlocking larger tiles such as pantiles or the Belgium/French Courtrai.
More modern versions are available such as SANDTOFTS 20/20 which can be laid to lower pitches.
