The customer wanted the old tiled roof and its underlying support structure replacing before fitting brand new roof tiles, dry verge and guttering including new rainwater pipes.

We worked to ensure the roof was made water tight and up to standard as soon as possible to avoid further weather damage.
Here we converted an existing flat roof on a front and back bay window into a pitched roof tiling it in with the existing pitched roof and GRP valleys either side.
The roof was felt and battened with breathable membrane and tiled in red double roman tiles matching the existing roof.we also stripped off the old wooden cladding and fascias replacing them with new Rosewood pvc and brown square guttering.
