We removed the old tired roof and installed a new galvanised steel roof finished with an olive green plastic coating and install an air flow extraction system for when they are varnishing the wooden boats. Complete re-roof of the building, using salvaged and reclaimed welsh slates and natural Spanish slates for the internal elevations.

If the decking is in need of replacing we use a 18mm OSB smart ply followed by a 2mm perforated or sand layer of felt, next layer is a 4mm polymer torch on felt, finished with a 4mm polymer mineral felt.
