S&A Kilcoyne Limited has developed into one of Scotland's leading independent construction company suppliers providing brickwork, roofing, roughcast and scaffolding services. Only through volume can we provide continuity of work for subcontractors. Only through volume, can we provide training for staff and subcontractors through the appointment of a training officer.

We currently build approximately 1500 units per annum and engage a workforce of upwards of 400 personnel.
We would work on projects throughout Scotland but primarily within the triangle of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee.
We implement a quality inspection and checklist for every plot constructed.
These are completed on site at the time of the work.
We also arrange periodic feedback meetings with our client's management on site to get their direct input.

The testing is conducted by our internal healthy & safety and training co-ordinator to ensure that it is completed independently from the production staff.
