Bradley started out as a software engineer at the age of 17, running a successful development company for several years before selling the company to an offshore buyer. Bradley took charge of Exall Roofing in 2015 and has since secured several large single ply contracts for universities throughout London and the South East. Bradley's "can do" attitude has helped the company to continue to create successful and fruitful client relationships with some major clients such as Tesla, European Commission and NHS.

In his spare time, Bradley enjoys watching Arsenal, playing golf (to a very modest handicap of scratch) and spending time with his fiance and young daughter. David started out in London's East End, repairing and installing shop blinds providing his services to the likes of London's famous toy store, Hamley's.

David begun his roofing career at the age of 27 where he honed skills over a 42 year period; he's knowledgeable and proficient in most types of modern and traditional roofing membranes including felt, single ply, asphalt and insulated steel/composite panels.

It is often the case that Asbestos roofs start to deteriorate as they age, leading to leaks throughout your warehouse or industrial unit.

Steel cladding is a popular choice for many commercial buildings nowadays for both new build or refurbishment projects.
Steel cladding normally consists of a 0.70mm outer steel panel coated with Plastisol or Polyester paint to provide a long lasting and robust coating.
Asbestos roofs are made out of a material called Asbestos cement.
This material contains cement with approximately 15% Asbestos, which, when set, forms a hard corrugated material that is often used as roofing for garages, sheds, and industrial buildings.
There are three types of Asbestos roofing; chrysotile, crocidolite, and amosite which are all dangerous to remove if you don't have the correct training.
Sometimes it's difficult to distinguish between insulation board and Asbestos, however, roofing is more likely to be Asbestos than insulation board because it is more weather resistant.
From fully insulated composite steel roofs, to single skin overclads we have a solution for every business.
The term cladding refers to layering one material over another and commonly this can be metal.
This not only creates a wonderful texture and aesthetic to your roof but there is also a functional aspect too.
Metal cladding roofs offer fire resistant, energy efficiency, the longevity of over 50 years and wind resistance are just some of the advantages to metal roof cladding.
Metal cladding is commonly seen on industrial or commercial buildings where its main purpose is it's functionality.

Asphalt is a material that is applied to flat, sloped or curved roofs to form a waterproof layer.
It can be used in conjunction with many materials including concrete, wood, and metal.
Asphalt is a useful material because it can be laid alongside thermal insulation.
As Asphalt is waterproof it can be used to lay under green roofs or roof gardens.
Furthermore, it is resistant to root penetration without the need for a root barrier.
One of the biggest benefits of Asphalt, especially the rolled roofing form, is that it is cost effective.
