Gutter Cleaning and Window cleaning in Bath are two of the many external, domestic and commercial, cleaning jobs that Barnes Property Services undertake. Although much of our work is in the Bath area, geographically, we also cover Corsham, Bradford on Avon, Melksham, Trowbridge and surrounding villages. Barnes Property Services was originally started by Ed Barnes back in the summer of '96.
After leaving school at 16 years of age Ed decided to earn some money by cleaning windows in Corsham! For the first few years he called himself Ed Barnes window cleaning, as window cleaning was the only service he offered. Over time Ed has gained and developed many skills including repair roofs (valley repairs, lead replacement etc), replacement flat roofs using EPDM and installation of Gutter Systems.
Barnes Property Services can still arrange for your windows to be cleaned but this side of the business is now managed by Ed's brother, Richard Barnes. We have kept our business local to Bath so that we can provide an excellent level of customer service, keep our prices as competitive as possible and finish our jobs on time and to budget.

We offer window cleaning on a regular basis or just a one-off clean.
Windows can be cleaned inside as well as outside.
Barnes Property Services uses the Reach & Wash System using water fed poles and purified water to clean the outside of windows, this ensures we can access all windows safely.
We use the traditional method when cleaning the inside of properties.
Occasionally we may clean external windows using the traditional method.
Barnes Property Services are also members of The Master guild of Window Cleaners and always maintain the highest levels of Health and Safety, and professionalism.
