Coverworld UK
Since our formation over 30 years ago Coverworld UK Ltd has grown to become one of the country's leading producers and suppliers of single and twin skin coated steel cladding systems. Acknowledged as supplying quality products at highly competitive prices, as a customer focused business we pride ourselves on our day to day service. Sweden steel production Just a couple of weeks ago, the world's first carbon-free steel was delivered to the truck-maker AB Volvo in Sweden.

Steel industry carbon emissions In the past, the steel industry has often been associated with extensive energy output, with good reason too. According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), the steel industry accounts for 9% of global emissions. A pretty hefty figure, no doubt. However, as with most industries, times are changing.
Services
The confidence, skill and loyalty of the highly experienced team at Coverworld has helped the company grow from its humble origins in the 1980's to become one of the country's leading independent producers and suppliers of single and twin skin coated steel cladding systems.
As a company, we pride ourselves on our ability to offer one of the largest varieties of profiled sheet, processing in excess of 25,000 tonnes of coil per annum.
Our core principles remain the same today, as at the outset, based on one basic strategy - all orders, large or small, receive the same attention from enquiry stage to completion.
Coverworld has achieved the internationally recognised ISO9001, establishing it as one of the leading metal roll formers.
The independent assessment was conducted by the leading certification body, the British Assessment Bureau and demonstrates Coverworlds commitment to customer service and quality in delivery.
ISO9001 was first introduced in 1987 and required organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
No alteration or modification of these conditions shall have effect unless such alteration or modification is accepted in writing by a duly authorised officer of Coverworld.
Dimensions specified by Coverworld are to be treated as approximate only unless the customer specifically states in writing that exact measurements are required.
This condition does not apply to fixed price quotations expressed as such which shall specifically exclude any increases in Coverworld's prices that may be occasioned by the increase or imposition of any duty or tax or by adjustments or alterations in currency rates of exchange.
The Plastisol coated finish is Coverworld's most popular finish, offering a durable, weatherproof topcoat suitable for most roof and wall cladding systems where good performance is required at a competitive price.
Plastisol has an embossed leathergrain texture with good corrosion resistance and excellent abrasion resistance, this coupled with a guarantee (not automatic, must be applied for) of up to 25 years makes it clear to see why it is such a popular material.
The external coating is 200 thick and comes in a wide range of standard colours with a standard 7 grey back coat reverse.
Coverworld Non-Drip is a galvanised prepainted steel profile sheet, coated on the reverse side with an unwoven fabric which regulates condensation.
Humidity is absorbed and evaporates, when the temperature inside the building rises.
Coverworld Non-Drip is ideal for single skin, insulation under rail and insulation over false ceiling constructions where condensation control is of prime importance.
Coverworld Non-Drip backing is applied to the underside of our sheeting during the roll forming stage.
