Flat roofs are exposed to a lot of wear and tear. It is important to know how to tell if it is time for a patch or a replacement.
There are some factors that you should take into consideration before you make the decision – the roof’s age, the type of existing covering and whether the boards are ok underneath, the slope of your roof, and whether or not there are any leaks.
If your roof is less than 10 years old and has a flat surface with no leaks then it may be possible to patch it up. If your roof is over 10 years old or has any leaks then you will need to replace it.

We have just had our roof and gutters replaced, and chimney stack painted by Jason's team, and they were fantastic.
Our old tiles were falling apart and littering the patio and drive with pieces in every storm.
Contacted Jason for a quote, and he replied immediately, and came out very quickly to arrange. Very competitive quote which we accepted, and he kept us well informed while materials were ordered and the job scheduled.
He managed to fit us in before we expected, and the job went really well and smoothly. His team were excellent - really great ambassadors for him.
No hidden costs or hassle. Thoroughly recommended.
