He turned up to look at the job punctually, explained the issue with photos, quoted a reasonable price, turned up when he said he would, and was polite and courteous at all times.
Job was completed in good time, all tidied up afterwards, and the repair was explained with 'after' photos.
All you could hope for when looking for a tradesman, I can fully recommend him.
