Liquid waterproofing solutions are now becoming very popular, but they vary in quality.
For this reason, we became approved installers of Liquasil's polurethane roof coating system, Liquasil Ultra PU.
Liquasil Ultra PU comprises an initial embedment coat, into which is laid a glass fibre mat.
Once cured, it is inspected for any pinholes and abnormalities, which are corrected before the application of the hard wearing, UV resistant coat to completely waterproof the roof.
Metal profiled roofs often suffer from corrosion at the cut edges and overlaps, which can, if left untreated, cause greater problems later on.
For this reason, we became approved installers of Liquasil's polurethane roof coating system, Liquasil Ultra PU.

The project opposite shows an EPDM roof membrane in poor condition being repaired and coated with Liquasil EasyFlow, a new silicone based liquid roofing solution that's made in England.
